Instructions:
Everyone has a card. Tell each person to find a partner, and that they will be sharing 3 things about themselves. 1) First name, 2) Favorite dessert, 3) A leadership gift or personality trait using the image on the card as a metaphor. After each person shares, switch cards and “take that person’s personality” with you and find another partner. Repeat 3-5 times with different partners. To conclude, get in a circle and have people share whose personality they have (name, dessert, and leadership skill or personality trait). See how close or far you are to what the original person shared.
For Example:
“Hi, my name is Jan, I love cheesecake, and I am a very friendly and welcoming person.” The partner would take Jan’s card, find a new partner, and say, “Hi, my name is Jan…”
