Instructions:
Take your entire deck and throw it up in the air. Utilizing the cards as they have landed, instruct your group or team to sift through the cards and come up with a set number of words, metaphors, images or quotes that come together to represent the meaning of servant leadership. For added emotional investment and/or difficulty add a time limit and a set number of qualities the group is required to add to their montage from each card element. Note: A montage is the technique of producing a new composite whole from fragments of pictures, texts, words, or metaphors.

EMOTION – Passionate (leading through inspiration & influence rather than power); ICON – Feet (willingness to walk in others shoes); IMAGE – Planes flying in formation (commitment to teamwork); QUOTE – “Try not to become a person of success, but a person of value.” Albert Einstein
