Instructions:
Using either the animal word or the full color images that contain animals, give 1 card per group. Try to give each group a different animal. Have each group look at their animal. Then as a team come up with a list of 3 reasons that every team needs that animal as their office pet/mascot to be more effective. Let group members collaborate on their answers and when the team is finished, share with the other groups their arguments for their animals.
For Example:
Every team needs a chicken because: We can use their eggs for protein; They eat the spiders in the storage room; They will make us feel smarter and more competent.
