Who is ULEAD?
We are a privately-funded non-profit located in Elkhart County. We were founded by a university educator and his brother, a multi-national business owner, in 1998. From this man’s generous gift, we have grown to provide services that focus on leadership development and team building for area youth, youth workers, educators, coaches, managers and more! Our product, ULEAD Facilitation Cards, have impacted multiple organizations across North America. The continued support of ULEAD has allowed us to impact the lives of youth and adults across the Midwest, primarily in the state of Indiana.
What is ULEAD’s impact in my area?
As a non-profit organization, originating over 20 years ago, we have had a large impact on the state of Indiana. We have delivered trainings to over 100 organizations in the state including The Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County, Oaklawn Psychiatric Center and KEYS (Kosciusko Youth Endowment Services). This has allowed us to impact the lives of youth by aiding in communication, team building, social emotional learning and other areas.
What does my money go toward?
Donation dollars allow us to provide substantial discounts for our services to other area non-profits. In 2019, we gave away over $8,600 in pro bono or discounted services. Your dollars make it possible for organizations to benefit from our services when they may not have their own funds to cover the cost and allow us to invest in research and new program development to better serve our clients.
Other ways to give
We accept donations online at uleadinc.org, by invoice, over the phone, or in person. We thank you for your continued support.
