Instructions:
Have the group separate into two teams. Use two separate decks or split the deck in two (make sure both sets have equal amounts of vowels). Come up with one theme for both groups. Then give them 90 seconds to spell out as many words as they can that represent that theme. Have a representative from each group keep a list of all the words that the team can come up with. The only rule is that words must be at least three letters long. When time is up, have the teams share the words they came up with. Run several rounds, with the themes getting more specific to their life or something that is important for them to discuss like: leadership, the importance of authenticity, science terms, or teamwork.
